Ikea
IKEA is a global leader in home furnishings, known for its innovative designs, affordable prices, and commitment to sustainability. My work at IKEA involves contributing to the development and enhancement of the co-worker experience through the HEJ! app, Self-Service and User and profile teams.
In those teams I led the design and feature development process, from conceptualizing the initial product to evolving it into a scalable, standardized design language. This involved conducting a comprehensive UX review with actionable insights for continuous optimization, user flow and interaction design, ensuring the end-to-end user experience meets defined standards and aligns with the design system.
Deliverables included:
Conducted surveys and user testing to gather insights for continuous improvement
Creating information architecture for Co-worker app HEJ!
Developed high-fidelity design prototypes for usability tests
